This ep of "Laugh-In" had the famous cameo of a certain presidential candidate

Warning: Spoilers
This is probably the most famous ep of "Rowan & Martin's Laugh-In" as it begins with various cast members and guest stars saying "Sock it to me!" with something hitting them...well, except for then presidential candidate Richard M. Nixon who simply says it as a question! Producer George Schlatter says it may have helped Nixon get elected, to Schlatter's everlasting regret! Among the new cast members are Dave Madden, Alan Sues, Chelsea Brown, and Pigmeat Markham who originated the "Here come the judge!" catchphrase. When the girls sing the news theme song, they're all dressed as Tiny Tim! Among the guest stars doing the cut-in commentaries are Jack Lemmon, Zsa Zsa Gabor, Hugh Hefner, and Sonny Tufts (Who?). In summary, this was quite a funny second season premiere ep of "Laugh-In". Oh, and this was also the first ep to feature another new catch-phrase-"Look that up your Funk and Wagnalls!" P.S. Bob Hope also appears in the beginning.
