Goofs

When Jackie walks in the front door, all the drawers are closed on the small dresser-like cabinet that sits beside the front door. She walks straight back to the kitchen to join Roseanne. The cabinet now has one drawer pulled slightly open. In the last shot of the cabinet in that scene, the drawer is closed again. See more »

Quotes

Marsha: [to Roseanne] How do you like the job so far?
Roseanne Conner: Well, it's just like being home, I make coffee, I answer the phone and I do laundry.
Debbie: Roseanne, where are the clean towels?
Roseanne Conner: And I listen to children whine.

Hair (#2.17)
16 March 2017 | by (Canada) – See all my reviews

Roseanne gets a job in a hair salon to swipe hair but doesn't want to have it because it feels humiliating to her. Yet at the same time she ends up liking being there and accepts it.

I really have trouble understanding what Roseanne finds so humiliating about it. It seems to be a level up from working in a crappy fast food place with a snotty high school looser as a supervisor.

I am very happy she keeps the job. I like the characters that come with it and look forward to see maybe a bit more of them. I was surprised that Iris is Lori Tan Chinn. About 25 years after Roseanne she will get the amazing part of Chang on Orange is the new Black.

Lots of fun moments in this episode. Dan's visit in the hair salon was especially funny. With him finding out how he should cut his hair to get a longer neck.
