Quotes

Tommy: [first time looking into buying a motorcycle, sits on a bike] This is great!
Dan: Yeah.
Roseanne: [yelling with Becky in the back of Dan's bikeshop about Becky getting a scooter] I said *No*!
Becky: Give me *one* good reason!
Roseanne: Because bikes *kill*, okay Becky! I mean, just ask your Aunt Jackie! When she was a cop, she used to scrape kids like you off the street all the time! And don't think a helmet's gonna help either! Alls that does is catch your brains after they fall out of your skull!

Darlene Fades to Black (#4.4)
22 March 2017 | by (Canada) – See all my reviews

Becky is trying to get a scooter from Dan and Roseanne but they don't let her. In the meantime Darlene buys black clothes, just wants to lay around on the couch and quits her basketball team. Dan and Roseanne try to talk to her but she wants to be left alone.

Too bad that Becky didn't get her scooter. I was hoping she will especially after the whole thing of Roseanne fighting with Dan that no daughter of his would ride a bike.

Darlene is now going all emo or whatever it was called in the early 90's. Loved how she said that she lays on the couch better than any man has ever done it. Somehow this whole black clothes and bad mood is what fits her character. Let's see what happens with it.
