Goofs

It has been well-documented throughout the series that both Dan and Roseanne have gained a lot of weight since high school. At the beginning of this episode, Ziggy even comments on how big they have gotten. During the rebuilt motorcycle reveal, both Dan and Roseanne put on their leather jackets from high school. Dan's fits just right and Roseanne's is maybe a size too big. If they were both much thinner in high school, these jackets would have been unrealistically large on them, which is not how leather motorcycle jackets would have been worn. See more »

Born to Be Wild (#2.16)

An old friend of Roseanne and Dan shows up at their house on his bike. They go out, talk about their lives and feel bad about getting old and losing their wild side. Dan wants to sell Ziggy his bike but at the end he doesn't bring himself to do it.

I actually liked this episode. It was pretty funny when Ziggy came and talk to the kids. Especially Darlene's smartass comments to him. I totally believe that Roseanne was like that too. Well she still kind of is. Jackie proving to him that she is a cop was also a fun scene.

What I liked about this episode is that when they see the changes in their lives they don't just accept them. And at the end keep the bike, repair it and bring back some of that wildness and happiness they had that shouldn't die with the youth.
