Storyline

Returning vacationers purchase a gun for protection, but a burglar shoots the owner, who is paralyzed. The gun goes on a journey, from teens, to a punk murderer, to the punk's cousin A liquor store owner is killed. The teen makes an attempt to find the gun so he can turn the gun in.

In the final scene the gun which is the subject of the entire episode is shown in a close up shot. It is more than obvious that what had been described as a Saturday night special even in the title was in fact a Smith and Wesson J frame 5 shot revolver. A very high quality revolver and certainly not a Saturday night special. See more »
