Joe Mannley, a nearly blind parolee hires a couple of hit men to kill the cop who put him away, Lt. Ryker.
A good episode which gives some more insight into the character of Ryker. Joseph Campanella is good as Manley.After a failed hit and run, Ryker recovers from his wounds in his home. It is the first time we get to see where he lives, we are told he has an apartment in town, but he takes Jill and the rookies to his country getaway, a beautiful home on the lake. There is a nice scene where we see photos of his late wife and he talks about how the two of them had built this home, once again he only speaks to Jill about this, just as he did in the Season 1 episode Time Is The Fire.
