Bruce Cameron an old friend of Timmy is killed in France. Inspector Robert Briscoe (John Williams) tells Timmy that Cameron was more than just an artist. He worked for British intelligence and that he had been murdered.
Timmy and Marcel St Clair got to Paris to investigate. It looks like Cameron was involved in a method of passing coded messages.
They also know that they are being followed. Marcel meets the beautiful Jena Tate (Jill St John) who has something to hide and luring both men into danger.
