Quotes

Rita Capkovic: What about that salesman, what ever he is?
Jim Rockford: No, no, no, I think you're right about him. I think he is a salesman, and he's sweating. Which means he knows what's going on. Now if we could just find him...
Rita Capkovic: How? We don't even know what he does.
Jim Rockford: He's carrying a hip joint around in his brief case. There's got to be distributors, manufacturer, reps for prosthetic devices. How many of those can there be in L.A.?
Rita Capkovic: Want me to tell you?

Return of Rita
22 August 2006 | by (Argentina) – See all my reviews

Rita Moreno makes her second appearance on the series as Rita Capkovic, the hooker with the heart of gold. This time Rita is doing business when her "client" is taken out by mobsters. Rita sees who does it, and they know she's seen them. So naturally Rita turns to Jim for help and protection. Not a big fan of the Rita Capkovic character (I liked Ms. Moreno much better as her "Hey, you guys!" character on "The Electric Company") but this is a pretty good episode, enlivened by the appearance of "Godfather"/"Barney Miller" veteran Abe Vigoda, who puts in a fine performance as a mob boss, kind of a flip side to Rocky's lovable character.
