Trivia

Every time any character says the company name 'Fiscal Dynamics,' the line is over-dubbed from the original ("Financial Dynamics"). This was done, most likely, due to a real company by this name being identified between the completion of the script, and post-production.

After Jim first meets Arnold Love, he gets the check, which is dated '10 22, '74' - which, even though it's a fictitious prop-check, the date on it would be pretty accurate for when this scene had been filmed, as it's usually about 6 weeks - 2 months on average during regular season production for a TV episode to go from production to first airing.

First episode of the series in which Jim's trailer is at its Paradise Cove, spot, the place where it'll remain for the rest of the series' run.

One of the (very) rare times during the entire run of the series, in which a crowd is seen, being 'penned-off', as it were, so, as not to affect a scene. Not only that, but, right when Arnold Love opens the door, to Broadway Plaza, a businessman can be seen behind the 2 of them, who's obviously not an actor, but, just recognised 'James Garner'. When Jim and Arnold Love get to the bottom of the escalator, they walk to the (viewer's) right, and a rather large crowd can be seen (notably, a blonde woman in a red dress, with a cut-out top, at the forefront) standing next to the 'up' escalator.
