Storyline

Mark McCain is a bit afraid of their new neighbor, Will Temple, who has bought the neighboring ranch. Temple seems a nice enough fellow but is badly scarred. Mark comes around however when Temple offers him a job. A Cavalry officer, Lt. Vaughn, arrives looking for an army deserter who is responsible for the death of his entire company. His description of the scar on the deserter's face is identical to Temple's and Mark's yet again has to re-examine his opinion of the man. Written by garykmcd
