Storyline

Lucas meets his doppleganger after a local rancher tells Micah he saw Lucas kill his brother in cold blood. No one quite believes him and Lucas can prove where he was the night of the killing. When Earl Bantry rides into town, there is little doubt as to the resemblance between he and Lucas. Bantry has a large drooping mustache and a nasty scar across his forehead but otherwise, they are virtual twins. When Bantry hears about Lucas, he decides to pay the McCain ranch a visit. Who will be the last Connors standing?
24 August 2013 | by (United States) – See all my reviews

Chuck Connors plays a duel role in this episode of good and evil. And as you can already guess Mr Connors, along with his Lucas McCain character, plays an evil psychotic killer named Earl Bantry.

Right from the beginning Ab, a local rancher, rides up on two men that has killed one of his calves and one of the men looks nearly like Lucas McCain. When Ab greets Bantry as McCain, Bantry pulls out a rifle and kills a man that was riding with Ab.

The rest of the show comes down to Bantry finding out where Lucas lives and causes havoc in the McCain house. It will come down to who will be the last Connors standing.

This is a plot that seems to arrive when the writers have run out of ideas. It is a predictable show that played out like so many other shows when the main character plays two roles- not too good.
