Reno Raines (Lorenzo Lamas) saves the life of a man (Pete Koch) when his car is plunged into a lake by another car. To show his gratitude, the man invites him to his small Tennessee hometown. It won't take long for Reno to figure out that this man is a loathsome bully who rules the town by his fist, and he decides to stand up to him on behalf of the entire town population. However, his secret - the fact that he's a wanted fugitive - is soon exposed, he gets arrested and only bounty hunters / computer experts Bobby (Branscombe Richmond) and Cheyenne (Kathleen Kinmont) can help him, from a distance....Enjoyable second episode, with a nice car stunt at the beginning, a convincingly slimy performance by Koch, a sweet-as-honey Michelle McCormick, and another barely-there outfit for Kathleen Kinmont, who must have been hitting the gym a lot at the time.
