Trivia

In his opening monologue, Red tells several jokes about going to the movie theater. Seagulls Gertrude and Heathcliffe appear for a gag. Skelton concludes the monologue with a pantomime about a woman's reactions to events on the movie screen. The title of the Silent Spot is "Flea Circus" in which Red mimes Professor Oscar and his trained flea circus who runs into problems with his next door neighbor, Proprietor Floogle, played by Jan Arvan.
