The Hansens plan a real home-cooked Thanksgiving for once, but Syd is asked by her millionaire friend Jerry Kaufman to fly to Hollywood for 'emergency plastic surgery on a boy'; when she finds it's purely cosmetic for his latest rising star client, hunk Cameron Kent, she storms out 'insulted'... Robbie has his own taste of show-business after meeting his friend Tom Cromwell, who landed in the business of historical reconstructions- mainly battles, but now of the first Thanksgiving in New England, getting involved in this project... While Joanie is convinced by a pushy school-girl to have the Barkery sponsor an asylum pets school project, dad worries about his old friend Father Bell's Labrador, or is the owner the problem...
