Storyline

Joan learns that Shane has been bashed by his father into backing up his claims against her. With Marie and Reb out of the way, Lou sounds Bev out about being the brains behind the rackets but she isn't interested in the money. Shane runs away from his father but Joan tells him he must go back to his father until she can get custody. Bev burns her hand in the press to see what it feels like. The women decide on a waltz marathon as their record breaker for charity. Munroe wants money from Joan in return for giving up Shane: she says she'll see him in court. Myra tells Ann they are all terrified of Bev. Bev deliberately traps Dot in the cold room in the kitchen. Bev slashes Lou's arm to illustrate the sort of payoff she wants to become involved in the rackets. Bobbie escapes from the kitchen using a copy of Ray's key and the escape alarm goes off while she is half way over the fence. Written by Anonymous
