Storyline
A new outside interest keeps Jack from performing his Ranger duties in a timely manner, precipitating a confrontation with Doggie. As Gruumm prepares to play his ace against S.P.D., Broodwing has Delex transform humans into green-slime-batteries for a project he's soon to release.
