Storyline

The Rangers get excited about participating in the U.S. Action Games, but duty calls. Coincidentally, the hidden Abyss of Evil is right at the site of these Games, filled with evil dead and about to burst. As Lothor's master plan unfolds, Marah and Kapri make known where their true loyalties lie and who'll be double-crossed. As Vexacus obliterates a Ranger Zord, leaving the remaining Rangers to search for survivors, Wind Ninja security is breached. Ops is destroyed, Cam is taken prisoner, Sensei Guinea Pig is blasted (never to be seen again), and there's every reason to believe things won't be getting any better. Written by statmanjeff

Quotes

[the Samurai Amulet freezes]
Sensei Guinea Pig: How has it reacted in the past?
Cam: Well, once or twice it's gotten really warm, but that was only when something good happened.
Sensei Guinea Pig: Interesting. One might conclude that...
Cam: [realizing] ... since warmth comes from good, cold must come from bad or evil. I can't believe I didn't think of that. I must be losing my edge.
Sensei Guinea Pig: Some concepts, though they may seem simple, are the most difficult, especially those that pertain to the powers of good and evil.
