Since only Tori passed Sensei's latest training test of mind over muscle, she's assigned to seek the Jade Turtle while the boys, unobtrusively, get to guard the First Annual Blue Bay Harbor Environmental Conference. As union rules prevent all but Marah and Kapri from interrupting Tori's quest, the alien Snipster starts spreading chaos by cutting off people's ability to agree with each other, setting all at the conference - including Dustin and Shane - violently against one another.
