Storyline
Marah and Kapri convince Lothor to make a television show that will make him more likable. New monster/alien producer Mr. Ratwell assures Lothor he can create a show to make him well-liked and offers to use love potion tablets as a backup plan. Lothor, disgusted with the idea of using love potions, tosses them aside, but Marah and Kapri snap them up to use on a Power Ranger to help them take over Earth. Their clumsiness, however, makes Cam and Blake fall in love with Tori instead, becoming combative rivals for her affections. Even more problems arise, after Tori is captured, when a strong love spell cast through television puts all female viewers of Lothor's new show into a frenzy and sets them upon Dustin, Shane and Hunter. It's up to Tori to help Cam and Blake come to their senses before using their Ranger powers to destroy each other. Written by

Trivia
Mr. Ratwell's campy vocal affectations seem to be loosely inspired, whether directly or indirectly, by actor/director/comedian Charles Nelson Reilly, who starred in the 1971 children's program Lidsville.
