Did You Know?

The guys attempt to go to a strip club using fake IDs. Harrison's says "Ryan Murphy" who is the show's creator. Josh's ID says "Phil Goldfarb" (Phillip M. Goldfarb) who is a producer. Sugar Daddy's card is Mr. Robin, a reference to "Michael M. Robin" who is another producer on the show. Emory's fake ID says Mr. Shatner, a nod to actor "William Shatner". See more »

Peggy Lipton, a class act
27 January 2017 | by See all my reviews

I had seen Peggy Lipton in KINJITE: FORBIDDEN SUBJECTS back in the day when it was shown at the local drive-in, and I recently watched that one on DVD. This afternoon saw her in this episode, and it struck me what a dynamite lady she is! Great performance as Brooke's runaway mother. I see there are three more appearances up ahead...

As for the episode, as usual, it doesn't make sense. But that is par for the POPULAR course.

And yet another round that goes to Carly Pope, the one that wins in the glam looks department. But they've clearly been downplaying the beauty of Leslie Bibb, for she appears quite drab (by comparison to her rival). It sure wasn't that way in the beginning. But the attention keeps going to soulful Sam. Beautiful eyes, beautiful hair, like, like!

This then, the penultimate episode of the first season. It is obvious to me that Brooke's mother is gonna come and upset the apple-cart at the wedding in the season finale. No prizes for guessing that.
