Storyline

George Austin is a rising high school football star, who transfers to the gang's school, Kennedy High. Josh is afraid that George wants his spot in the football team and tries to rally the team against George. Sam suspects that George has been given preferential treatment by the school due to nepotism and tries to interview him about this. He turns out to be quite a charmer and a really nice guy. Josh's mom can't find work, so Josh has to deliver pizzas to get them through the month. He asks his young football coach to find her work, so he hires her as the school's guidance councilor - and then asks her out. Nicole wants to get back on the Glamazons, but Principle Krupps won't let her. She tries to seduce him but this backfires. Quotes

Mary Cherry: Sugar D, look at my new lips. I'm one sex poutin' lady. Whatever it takes, Nic'll do it.
Michael 'Sugar Daddy' Bernardino: What if I ask for something...
[inhales deeply then smiles]
Michael 'Sugar Daddy' Bernardino: forbidden?
Nicole Julian: Sometimes the only way to get beyond the thrill of that forbidden fruit...
[whispers seductively]
Nicole Julian: is to taste it!
Michael 'Sugar Daddy' Bernardino: Ok, I will help you, if I can lose myself in the pillowy softness of Mary Cherry's new lips.
Mary Cherry: What? No! I'm holding out for Joe! or Justin Timberlake.
Nicole Julian: You owe me, Cherry! You stole my knee! Sugar, do our bidding and Mary Cherry ...

Leslie Grossman, serious actress after this one
3 November 2017 | by See all my reviews

Those two culprits are at it again, the Nicole Julian & Mary Cherry wrecking crew. The bit with the overdone lipstick stretched my patience too far, once and for all. This takes farce to the extreme outer limits. Beyond my endurance. I mean, if this was funny... But it's not. Not even nearly. Anybody who disagrees with me, well, it's your right, buddy boy, but I pity you, you don't know what real comedy is about.

So, since Leslie Bibb got somewhat of a rest, I am going to be unreservedly critical today, and not dole out a higher score than it deserves.

Carly Pope and Tamara Mello and Bryce Johnson and the new black dude, they do well, and they deserve to be in something better. I do not aim my criticism at them.

My advice would have been:

(1) scale down both Mary Cherry and Nicole Julian

(2) get rid of Bobby Glass, the joke's long over, way, way back

(3) big feud between Brooke and Sam should erupt anew
