A man going through many life transitions....
15 April 2017 | by (Bradenton, Florida) – See all my reviews

Chuck Connors plays Sgt. Ed Peebles, a cop at a very serious stage in his life. His wife died not long ago, his long-time partner just retired and folks around Peebles worry because he's withdrawn into himself. What makes it worse is that his inattention to procedure gets his new partner (Sylvester Stallone) shot! Is Peebles a menace to the streets...or is this just a bit of a rut he'll soon get himself out of and get back to being his old self?

This is another excellent installment of "Police Story". Excellent, because it's written well, talks about issues you never see other police shows talk about and has some really good acting. Stallone didn't impress me (he mumbled too much) but the rest were very good and the story filled with interesting twists.
