Jackie Cooper was one of quite a few actors who appeared multiple times on "Police Story". This time, he plays Jack McGraw...a dishonored cop who has a chance to prove himself. What this means is that a few years before, Jack's partner was caught breaking the law on duty. While they could never prove that Jack was involved, his partner's 'stink' has stuck to him...and they've put him on desk duty. Now, however, he's recruited to go work for the Vice Squad, as they need an outsider to investigate rumors of widespread corruption.
This is a pretty good episode and has a rousing finale. Not among the very best of the episodes, but a very good one and one worth seeing.
