Jim Farentino finds the same character he already had in the John
Badham's pilot, made one year earlier. He has to deal with homicidal
vice related issues again, after prostitution and pimps, he has to nail
a women's murderer. The opening scene, with the poor woman who throws
herself from the balcony, is impressive. And the scheme to ask a
criminal help to catch an ever more dangerous criminal is not so
foreseeable, although used before. No length in this story which is
maybe too short; it would have been better in a movie, TV or cinema.
Well, it's certainly not the best ever of the series, but don't
hesitate to see it if you can.
