SWAT team in action

The story begins with a taking hostage situation for the police force. Th leaders of the crew sent on the scene - James Farentino and Jan Michael Vincent - are the leaders of a SWAT team who is required. They finally decide to take it over by their own means. With tragic results. They accidentally kill an innocent bystander. You have here one more typical tale written by the former police officer Joseph Wambaugh. Cops among them with their doubts, their hopes to fight every day to do their job for the community. Not really new here, if you compare with other épisodes of this exceptional series, but worth watching for those who love this kind of stuff. Many action sequences, with a hostage taker who is closed in his own house with an bank armored front door.
