Another top cop story.
25 July 2015 | by See all my reviews

I highly appreciated this rough cop tale, speaking of an Internal Affairs file. I won't repeat the topic line above, but it's absolutely wonderful, talkative yes but who cares? Howard Duff is impressive as the cop accused by his Internal Affairs colleagues. I love this kind of stories that remind me Sidney Lumet's features such as SERPICO or PRINCE OF THE CITY. Seventies provided us many of such schemes. And I will never say enough good of Don Murray, here as an IA cop. Very realistic story that throws you deep into the police world, with all that means in terms of human issues, corruption, vice and tragedy.

What a pure delight this terrific cop tales series. For me it was among the best.
