The line "Klatoo niktoo baroda" is a parody of the famous line "Klaatu barada nikto" from "The Day the Earth Stood Still". According to Rupert, it means "Crispy Crunches are good for you".
Per the title, the term "flying saucers" was applied to objects observed in the sky that were thought to be extraterrestrial in nature and were described as two saucers (one inverted) beginning in 1947. Today they are referred to as U.F.O's (unidentified flying objects) or UAP (unexplained aerial phenomena.)
