It's a dark and stormy night and everyone in the family is battening down the hatches of the hotel. However, Uncle Joe, during major storms around this time of the year, can't help tell any guest that will listen that the funny things that happen at the hotel this time of the year are because of the curse of Chester W. Farnsworth, a guest at the hotel fifty years ago. He was a traveling drummer and notorious hotel towel snatcher. On a night much like tonight after he stole the Shady Rest towel in his room, he went out into the night never to be seen again. Since, Chester has been haunting all the hotels from which he stole towels to return them before he can end up in his final resting place in peace. He has haunted the Shady Rest, but has not yet returned the towel. Although she does not believe the story or the curse, Kate admits that many unusual and inexplicable events have been occurring lately. And news of the story starts to spread amongst the regular salesmen - the Shady ... Written by Huggo
