Storyline

Uncle Joe doesn't like the idea of of turning the Cannonball's baggage car into a mobile library, especially since he has to do the work of building the library shelves. He changes his mind when he meets the new librarian, Phyllis Marsh, with who he is immediately smitten. Despite them being a mismatch in more ways than one, Uncle Joe makes his intentions toward her quite clear. However, she has to find a way to let him down easy without hurting his feelings, that letdown due to her own personal circumstances of which Uncle Joe is unaware. Kate, who can see what is happening, may have a plan that will show Uncle Joe how inappropriate he and Miss Marsh are as a couple. Written by Huggo
