When the story begins, Petrocelli stops by a gym to say hello to an old friend he hasn't seen in many years. Frankie (Don Stroud) is a seasoned boxer preparing for his next fight. As it usually happens on detective and lawyer shows, soon this old friend is accused of murder. This makes me think that if you know a lawyer or private eye and they suddenly show up, don't say hello...just pretend they don't exist or you may die or be accused of murder! What follows is an episode that talks about the ugly side of boxing...which I appreciate since it's such a barbaric sport. What I didn't like was the ending...when the real killer is identified it turned out to be a major letdown! A disappointing finale is terrible for a show like this...let's hope the next one is a bit better.
