When Renshaw looks out the window of the orphanage's records office, he sees Grove standing in front of a vine-covered wall talking to a young girl (who was off camera). But when Link saw Grove out the window just a few seconds earlier from the same window, Grove was standing at the opening of the gate, several yards away from the wall, talking to the girl. From that angle, Renshaw would not have seen Grove in front of the wall.
During the first courtroom scene, Hamilton Burger is eliciting testimony from James Grove about a trust fund the defendant could receive when she turns 21. Grove testifies that the amount is "approximately $200,000" while the camera is showing Perry, the defendant, and half the spectators in the courtroom. Numerous voices can be heard in the audio after the dollar amount is mentioned, as if discussion and commenting break out among the spectators. While the crowd in the courtroom appears quite animated, glancing around and such, none can be seen to be talking.
Only one-half of the spectators can be seen. The other half could be the ones talking.

The polka dot pony toy in court ls clearly new, not 20 years old. If the toy had been sitting in a toy box for 20 years, it would be dirty, moldy, damaged by other toys lying on top of it, and likely damaged by mice.
