Goofs

When Mark, Jeremy and Darryl are riding in the taxi, they go up Croydon High Street then turn off onto Whitgift Street (next to the flyover), but when Jeremy says "Let's lose the cone" the taxi is back on the High Street and when it cuts back to Mark and Darryl in the back seat they're still going along Whitgift Street. Quotes

[Mark and his new friend Darryl are horsing around in the JLB Credit offices instead of working]
Darryl: I'm Barnes Wallis, you're the Ruhr!
[Darryl pushes a load of empty water cooler containers down the stairs at Mark. They throw scrunched up pieces of paper at each other, laughing]
Mark Corrigan: [voiceover] I'm the Ruhr! And no one's actually said the word "Dambusters"! This is bloody brilliant! I'm having fun! And I'm not thinking about Sophie!

Quite a memorable episode.
17 January 2016 | by (Swansea, United Kingdom) – See all my reviews

Tony and Toni announce that they're re marrying, at the party Jeremy spies Gog, an old School chum, now a successful man owning his own business. Sophie and Jeff are heading off for a work thing, Mark is stuck with a new colleague, Darryl, a guy similar to himself that he strikes up in instant friendship with. Darryl lands Mark in trouble by hurling a brick through Jeff's window. The pair then head off to a WWII reenactment, Darryl turns out to be a bit of a Nazi.

Fine performance from Steve Edge as Darryl, his character was darker then anything I've seen for a while. He'd be awesome a few years after this in The Visit.

Mark's realisation of his new found friend's personal views was an interesting moment, and the meal was utterly cringe worthy. 8/10
