[while trying to get Mark to do a revenge attack on Super Hans, Jeremy discovers Toni is round his flat, confirming his suspicion that they're having an affair]
Toni: Jeremy, we're two single people having a great time. If you can't handle that, then go back to the 50s.

User Reviews

A series classic.
3 September 2012 | by (Australia) – See all my reviews

"Dream Job" is an incredible episode of Peep Show; probably my favourite in the season. Particularly, the whole scene where Mark urinates on work, and the accompanying scenes after that where Sophie is informed that "it's not p*ss" on the sheets. Mark's delivery is perfect.

Additionally, Mark's spiral down into depression is just hilarious, along with Jez taking Toni to the studio, only for Super Hans to interest her more.

What's so great about the show is the delivery of each line. Mark in this episode is almost evil; but his reaction (other than the extreme stuff) to not getting the job is really natural in the real world, where one is unable to accept that another person was picked, rather than YOU. Interesting, yet painfully accurate in some ways!

Pure hilarity, as expected from a show like this.
