Quotes

[Mark and Jeremy are crouching behind a bush in Sophie's back garden]
Mark Corrigan: This is the ultimate!
Jeremy Usborne: Yes, siree. It's payback time. And she's paying back... in fear dollars!
Mark Corrigan: Yeah, so what are you gonna say?
Jeremy Usborne: [Dialling Sophie's number on his mobile phone] I thought I might just say I'm gonna cut her up and leave her in buckets.
Mark Corrigan: What? No! You... don't say that! Jesus, that's horrible! Just say something like... ask "Is Mrs Hugh Jass there?" No, no, not that, she's got a thing about her bum. Uh, how about ...

A series classic.

"Dream Job" is an incredible episode of Peep Show; probably my favourite in the season. Particularly, the whole scene where Mark urinates on work, and the accompanying scenes after that where Sophie is informed that "it's not p*ss" on the sheets. Mark's delivery is perfect.

Additionally, Mark's spiral down into depression is just hilarious, along with Jez taking Toni to the studio, only for Super Hans to interest her more.

What's so great about the show is the delivery of each line. Mark in this episode is almost evil; but his reaction (other than the extreme stuff) to not getting the job is really natural in the real world, where one is unable to accept that another person was picked, rather than YOU. Interesting, yet painfully accurate in some ways!

Pure hilarity, as expected from a show like this.
