When the American-trained Iraqi soldier is running after the man from the village, the two angles show the soldier at different distances from him. In the first angle they are running down the hill, far away from each other. In the second angle the soldier is right behind the man. The shot just before the take down shows the soldier a good 6 running steps behind the man, but in the next shot the soldier is right next to the man and tackles him.
During the meeting scene, the Iraqi soldier tells Tariq that the Iraqis had a jar of Nutella, which he claims is a Swiss chocolate spread. Nutella is made by Ferrero, an Italian company, not Swiss.
