- After seeing the film 'Wall Street' Del fancies himself as Peckham's answer to Gordon Gecko and changes his image. He even - temporarily - gives up the Nag's Head for a trendy wine bar where he is just a little too casual for his own good. Rodney goes on a computer course and meets a nice girl called Cassandra. When she offers him a lift home, he is ashamed to tell her where he lives and gets her to drop him off in an upmarket suburban avenue. She eventually rumbles his deception, but agrees to go on a date anyway.—don @ minifie-1
- Del has re-invented himself as a self-styled 'yuppie', and is hatching plans to buy the Trotters' flat off the council - only with plans then to sell it on at a tasty profit. Meanwhile, Rodney has aspirations of his own - and has enrollled at a computer class at his local college. Del's attempts to impress the ladies with his new image meet with a mixed response - though Rodney seems to be having slightly more luck with a well-to-do girl he's met at his evening class. Will 'yuppie love' prevail, or will they both have to learn some difficult lessons?—stevecann2003
- After seeing the movie 'Wall Street' Del has become a self professed yuppy. Equipped with red braces, a Mercedes key ring and a fillofax he believes Trotters Independent Traders are on the up. Del drives Rodney to the Kings Avenue and him and Rodney disagree on the morality of the large houses on it. Later that evening Rodney meets a girl called Cassandra at his Adult education centre after a mix-up over their coats. Later on when he sees her in a night club he wagers with Micky Pierce and Jevon that he can get her to dance with him. He wins the bet and she offers him a lft home Micky Pierce invites himself along for the ride too and embarrasses Rodney with his crass comments to Cassandra's friend. They drop Micky and Cassandra's friend off on Cassandra's road (Micky is going to walk to the Down by the Riverside club). After seeing where Cassandra lives, Rodney decides he can't take her back to Nelson Mandela house, so he gets her to drive up the Kings Avenue and pretends that is where he lives.
