Storyline

After quitting Magnitude, Tracy and Charlotte prepare to make a pitch for their new Internet company, TrustMom.com. But when Charlotte's ex-husband, Billy, fails to show up at the meeting, they are forced to deal directly with his partner, Lloyd Rubin. Even though they lack a business plan, Lloyd offers the two women over one million dollars in exchange for majority control of the new venture. And while Tracy is inclined to agree with Lloyd, Charlotte makes it clear that his conditions are unacceptable before storming out. Meanwhile, as Tracy waits patiently to hear back from a recent date, Dr. Bryan decides that he won't give up on Charlotte without a fight. With only a few days left to accept the offer, Tracy seeks an ex-boyfriend's legal advice. While she's glad to hear that Rick is happy to help them negotiate with Lloyd, Tracy is nonetheless stunned to discover that he's getting married.
