Storyline

The time comes for the annual Dundies Awards to award everyone in the office with their fine work with odd categories. Created my Michael, he is overly excited for it while everyone else couldn't care less. Michael sends Pam to look at highlights from the past Dundies while preparing to have this years Dundies as Chili's. Written by James Hake

Chili's public relations department was unhappy that Pam was shown getting drunk at their restaurant and wanted the producers to remove the Chili's name from the episode. To assuage them, the writers added a line from an actor playing a Chili's employee, saying that Pam had violated their rules by taking drinks off other tables and was now banned from the franchise. There is a moment in Chili's where Pam falls to the ground. A couple talking at a table behind Jim and Pam disappears and reappears as Jim is helping Pam up from the ground. See more »

The Dundies

This one gave a bit of depth to Steve's character that we all were looking for but unfortunately no other sub-plots to depend upon.
