Okay, I officially LOVE the plot line between Matt and his ex. And this episode showed me that flabs are NASTY. It was hilarious that Christian was calling up like every girlfriend. Sophia Bush is a great actress, and she is just as good here, however brief she may appear. I loved that Sean was emotional toward the patient, and really seemed to care for her feelings and relate to her. The three-way scene was so realistic in its awkwardness. Matt seemed so clueless and he didn't no what to do! The part with his ex was so saddening. The love she showed for her girlfriend was so sweet. Great episode that continues expanding the world of Nip/Tuck.
