Once zoological researcher Dr. Meredith Forsythe explains mountain gorilla Kiki needs a facial reconstruction to mate and hopefully carry on extensive learned language skills, Christian accepts to operate and feels useful for science, but... New partner Dr. Quentin Costa recognizes fellow Cuban gang kid Marlon Ramirez's tattoos as kill marks and accepts to remove them surgically, but Sean must refuse him a job as it's illegal for a medical practice to employ people with rap sheets. The tears gang finds him for the cruel exit treatment. After another desperately wet dream, Mat goes look for the spare ticket to Paris at Ava's, but finds Adrian's decomposed corps. When his parents explains Ava is a transsexual, he scolds Sean and turns to grandma Dr. Erica Noughton, who advices him to come to terms with bisexual tendency to experiment, then blows weed, joined by Julia. Mat gets picked up in a queer bar but is so disgusted to find the 'pre-op' still is 'hung' that he beat the (s)he-man up. He suffers pay-back from a whole gang, forcing him to return to dad Sean.
