Storyline

Matt and his Jewish schoolmate enjoy training him how to live as devout Jew without truly believing and use marijuana, but accidentally hit a 16-year old girl which was tying her shoelaces and just stood up unnoticed while Matt was driving. They thought it was just an animal and left, but Sean reads in the paper about the Cara Fitzgerald case. Miss Devon Greco wants her nose changed because it reminds her of her abusive real father, Christian refuses the case as unrealistic expectations. Michael Shannon insists Dr. Troy (literally) handles the embarrassing birthmark-removal from his ball-sack 'in time for his expensive honeymoon' within two weeks. The boys learn Cara is a model student; Matt visits her in hospital, as coma patient, where he meets her mother Kate, pretending to be a member of the prayer club she founded and learns her family are Christian Scientists, hence refuse drugs. Seans lover Megan O'Hara insists on breast implants after cancer and a divorce. Psychiatrist Grace ... Written by KGF Vissers

Revealing and Perfect
21 August 2007 | by (Long Island, New York) – See all my reviews

Expertly written, directed, and acted 'Cara Fitzgerald' is a magnificent one-hour masterpiece. Deep, dark secrets are revealed in an emotional storm of information. The final scenes are incredibly moving, and Julian McMahon gives an amazing performance (as always). Sean and Christian must decide what to do when one of their operations lets a child molester continue his practice. Matt also goes through incredible conflict when he and another friend hit a young girl from their school and leave the scene of the crime without realizing what they had done. He puts himself in a strange situation when he tells the girl's mother that he is in Prayer club with Cara, but he takes drastic measures to ensure Cara's well-being. John Hensley really shows off his acting chops to the max in this amazing Nip/Tuck episode.
