Goofs:
Errors made by characters (possibly deliberate errors by the filmmakers): When Sean is performing a brow lift on the cadaver's head, Sean takes his hands off Adelle's head twice. moreQuotes:
Sean McNamara: [Sean and Christian are talking about how their recertification cadavar bodies died] How did your head die?Christian Troy: Heart attack. Yours?
Sean McNamara: Suicide. Do you believe in that?
Christian Troy: [pauses] I think that if a person is in a great deal of pain, physical or spiritual, and they've exhausted all their options, I wouldn't judge them for it. I'd say a silent prayer and hope death brought them the piece of mind live never could give them.

This episode, 'Adelle Coffin', is truly the most powerful, moving, and saddening episode of Season 1. Sean's affair with Megan escalates to a heartbreaking end to their relationship, and it begins to greatly affect his work. Mrs. Grubman continues to be an ongoing annoyance. Both Christian and Sean must take the normal test for plastic surgeons that involves operating on heads, and Sean gets so depressed that he begins to imagine the head is talking to him.
'Adelle Coffin' is the best episode of Season 1, although the finale does come close. With all of the emotional drama finally reaching its peak, there couldn't have been anything better.
