It's Valentine's Day and Harry's planning to tell Billie how he feels about her but she already has a boyfriend who's perfect. But later the man is brought into court and he's charged with a crime and he doesn't deny it. The whole thing sends Billie into a tailspin. Harry goes to confront the guy and learns he's a good guy.
