Dick is invited to play golf. He is not a gambler but the guys insist that they play for money. When he wins against this hopeless trio, he feels terrible because he didn't know they were terrible golfers. They also play poker and he beats them badly at that. What transpires is excellent. Great ending to the first season.

Dick joins a country club to play golf with some new guys from town.
This is the best season 1 episode and one of the best of the series. Dick finds the guys (Chester and Jim among them) are lousy golfers and worse poker players. He ends up winning a huge amount of money from them and wants to give it back. There is a hysterically funny scene where he tries to get them to win back the money just by cutting for high card. There is also a funny subplot of George wanting to get a new wardrobe with Kirk's help. And you have to see the pants Dick wears when he first plays golf!
