Storyline

The UCOS team investigate the kidnapping of two 10-year-old boys over twenty years ago. Brian thinks it may be related to a current spate of kidnappings. What they know is that two boys, Daryl and Alan, were taken while fishing at an old pit. A few days later, they managed to escape unharmed, but the police never made an arrest in the case. One of the survivors agrees to undergo hypnosis, which reveals some additional clues. They soon learn that others fishing at the pit were either threatened or attacked over the years, including a champion fisherman who had held the record for catching the largest carp. As Brian spends more and more time by himself fishing at the pit, his wife, Esther, seeks Sandra Pullman's advice. Written by garykmcd

Antonio: Good. Very good. You move well, but more attitude, more open, more sex. And don't fight me. In salsa the man is always the leader; the woman is there to follow his signals, his desires. The man is always in control, just like in life. You must cut off your brain; salsa does not come from here

Antonio: , it comes from here.

Boys get kidnapped and escape
13 August 2015 | by (United States) – See all my reviews

This episode has some funny parts but also things so confusing I don't know if I watched it 10 times I would still get it.

UCOS tries to find out who kidnapped 2 boys, kept them tied up and later escaped.

There are too many crimes that seem to get connected. The only thing that connects them is water. A place that was like a gravel pit that had fish in it is some how connected with the two boys.

Later there is talk about a man that breeds fish and experiments on them. Then there is a story about women being tortured and drowned in water.

Brian takes out all his fishing gear he has stored to hang out at this pit. Esther is wife thinks he is losing it.

There is a very funny scene in this episode. Sandra gets her salad out of the frig at the UCOS center. They are all standing around talking. As she eats her salad she sees all worms on the top and starts spitting her salad out and yelling in fear and disgust. Jerry mentions to them that Brian should not have stored his maggots in the frig. They open the door and a big big bowl of squirming maggots is in the refrigerator. Very funny scene.

New Tricks is a good series. It has lots of humor but endings don't make sense. This episode had the brother of a man explain what happened about the boys being kidnapped. His English was hard to understand. He gave no reason why the boys were kidnapped and held and then he said he left the door partly opened so they could escape.

Between the boys, fish, women drowned and some money dumped in a box in the water I don't know the real story.
