Kingdom inherits a huge work load, and a lazy Sergeant, the first case, two murders, where the same gun has been used.
What a clever, intricate plot, by today's standards this was deep, complex, multi layered, but easy to follow. I am hugely impressed by this first series, and this is yet again another great hour of drama.
I loved the main plot, and the sub plot, there was a real degree of cleverness to this one.
Patrick O'Connell was fantastic here, I'd recommend checking out Fraud Squad, a show I've only just completed, with him in the lead, there you'll see what a good actor he is.
Nice to see Windsor Davies too, his hapless character was amiable, and added a bit of humour, humour that the show perhaps needed.
