As Gibbs's obsession with the unknown terrorist hits its boiling point, the terrorist returns. Taking Kate hostage, he's on a mission to assassinate the Presidents of the U.S. and Israel. All is not as it seems though.

Storyline

Gibbs drives his team worse then ever, obsessed to identify and catch the genius terrorist who escaped from the NCIS morgue by playing dead. While Mcgee ingeniously determines it's Ari Haswari, an Israeli-Palestinian, he's already planning another coup with an Al Qaida-team. Meanwhile Ari is spotted bike-riding by Kate, who sets out in pursuit only to be kidnapped. DiNozzo is fixated on a jogging foxy Swede, also no accident. Written by KGF Vissers
