Storyline

Black bartender Willie Taylor wakes up drunk, covered in the blood of the corps next to him in bed, petty officer Mandy King, the police is at his door after an anonymous, untraceable call. His story is he picked another girl up in the park the previous night, the knife isn't his either and he didn't drug her. The lack of hard evidence makes Gibbs believe he may have been set up, indeed the condom proves he only had sex with another female. Mandy was actually killed before her stabbing, from a plausibly suicidal OD. Willy guesses the best motive to set him up has his bar's main competitor, nightclub owner Ian Alfred 'Buldog' Hitch from Manchester, so Tony eagerly checks the place out, especially the pole-dancer, which turns out to be Mandy's sister Jade, sort of forced to stay by Bulldog's goons. DiNozzo gets Willy to remember his bed-partner was tattooed on the butt with a bulldog, like Jade, who denies dating him. Ducky works out the OD was painfully enforced by tube. Now Jade talks... Quotes

Special Agent Anthony DiNozzo: What are you looking at me like that for?
Agent Caitlin Todd: Oh, I'm just waiting for you to say "Boss, let me take the lead on this one!"
Special Agent Anthony DiNozzo: What I was going to say, Kate, was that if Hitch used a girl to seduce Willie Taylor, it was probably one of his dancers. We get Willie to identify Ms. Go-Go and flip her to get to Hitch.
[Tony pulls out his PDA]
Agent Caitlin Todd: What are you doing?
Special Agent Anthony DiNozzo: Uh, just chronicling this little conversation for our next session with Ducky.
Special Agent Jethro Gibbs: Are you done?
Special Agent Anthony DiNozzo: Almost.
Special Agent Jethro Gibbs: Done or fired are the choices.
Special Agent Anthony DiNozzo: Done.
