Goofs:

Errors made by characters (possibly deliberate errors by the filmmakers): When Sacks is questioning Dinozzo about his activities on the night in question, he asks, "where were you Tuesday night between 0900 and 0300 the next morning?" 0900 is 9am, not Tuesday night. If he meant 9pm, he should have said "2100".
