When Grandma Yetta is telling Maxwell of the bad things that are going to happen to him because of her dream, she is confusing it with the Dick Van Dyke show. She looks to Brighton and says "here's Richie" and then sees herself in the mirror and says "there's Millie". In fact, the actress who plays Grandma Yetta, Ann Morgan Guilbert, was Millie on the Dick Van Dyke show.

Donald Trump was unhappy when he saw a draft of the script in which he was referred to as a millionaire. "We got a note from his people that said, 'Mr. Trump is not a millionaire. He's a billionaire, and he would like you to change the line,'" Drescher said in an article posted on her Cancer Schmancer's website. But she didn't give in to his demand, and instead changed the line to "zillionaire," which is how it appeared in the show.
