Storyline

Maxwell rushes Fran out of the house so that they can get to a premier on time. Maxwell regrets this decision as he has to endure the wrath of Fran when she is featured in Gloss magazine as a fashion don't solely because of the handbag Maxwell grabbed for her as they were leaving the house. To make it up to her and to prove that she does have fashion sense, Maxwell hires her as costume designer for a one-scene benefit production he is mounting of Our Town. After a business meeting with Fran - which includes a game of footsie - Maxwell is concerned that perhaps he did let his unspoken romantic feelings for Fran get in the way of his professional judgment. With some help from her cousin Toddy, Fran reinvents the look of Our Town, much to Maxwell's chagrin. However cousin Toddy has a few fans of his own that may help Fran and Maxwell over the risky move. Written by Huggo
